- Design and develop high-complexity integrations – Build, configure, test, deploy, and support integrations, APIs, event-driven flows and orchestrations using OIC and MuleSoft; collaborate closely with application owners, architects and business analysts to translate requirements into robust integration solutions.
- Define and enforce integration standards & best practices – Establish and maintain integration patterns, reusable artifacts (connectors, templates, APIs), governance model, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring/alerting and documentation standards for the integration practice.
- Operate and optimize integration platforms – Oversee runtime health of the integration ecosystems (OIC, MuleSoft), monitor performance/throughput, troubleshoot incidents, lead root-cause analysis, implement operational improvements and ensure high availability and reliability of integration services.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members and stakeholders – Serve as a subject-matter expert; provide guidance, code reviews, training, and mentorship to more junior integration developers; work cross-functionally with architecture, security, DevOps, application teams and business stakeholders to align integration strategy with enterprise goals.

- Typically 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise integration development and architecture (or equivalent mix of development + architecture).
- Hands-on experience with either Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (or at minimum one plus strong transferable skills) in high-volume, enterprise deployments.
- Proven track record in designing, building and operating complex integrations across cloud and on-premise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms).
- Experience leading the definition and adoption of integration/architecture standards, reusable patterns, API strategies, and DevOps/CI-CD for integration.

- Excellent troubleshooting/diagnostic skills: analyze logs, trace integration flows, identify bottlenecks, optimize performance and reliability.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities: articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders, mentor peers, influence technical direction.
