Careers at Ventura Foods

1. Apply

• Search for jobs that match your skills and experience.
• Click "Apply Now" on the job(s) you're interested in and complete the application(s).  Fill out all required fields, you may be required to provide recent work history and attach an updated resume depending on the position. 

2. Review

• A Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager will review your resume and application to determine if there is a potential fit. 
• The Recruiter will then schedule an introductory screening with you via phone, Zoom, Teams, and/or other communication and advise you of next steps in the interview process.

3. Interview

• The Recruiter will work with you to schedule a phone, virtual, or on-site interview(s) with the hiring team. Some positions will include panel-style interviews with multiple interviewers at once. 
• For positions working in a manufacturing facility, a site tour will also be conducted as part of the interview process.

4. Offer

• Once a hiring decision has been made, the Hiring Manager or the Recruiter will reach out to you to extend a formal offer.

5. Background Check Process

• Your offer is contingent upon being able to successfully pass a background check, and if applicable, a pre-employment physical and drug screening,  
• Once you have accepted the offer, you will be contacted by the Recruiter or another member of our Human Resources team to start the process for the above pre-hire screenings.

6. Hire

• You will be contacted by the Recruiter, Human Resources, or Hiring Manager with details for your first day.
• Each employee goes through a formal orientation and onboarding process in order to set them up for a successful start to their new position at Ventura Foods!
