How can I prepare for my interview?
Review the job description for the position and consider how your skills and experiences make you a good fit for the role. Think about specific examples of how you’ve handled situations similar to what you may come across in the position.
If your interview is via phone or video over Zoom or Teams, test your connection ahead of the interview, ensure your camera and/or audio are working properly. Make sure you'll be in an environment free of background noise, distractions and interruptions during the interview.
For video interviews, make sure your camera set-up, functioning, is set at a stable angle that clearly shows your head/neck area, with an appropriate background and lighting. Finally, during the interview look at the camera as you speak. This will give the effect that you’re speaking eye to eye with the interviewer.
For onsite interviews, make sure you have the address of where you’re going, as well as any other details like what to bring, where to park and what entrance to use. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the location, park and check-in, so you make a positive first impression with the interviewer by not being late.
What should I wear to my interview?
This is dependent on the location of your interview. Please reach out to your recruiter for advice.
Does Ventura Foods require a background, drug or physical screening?
