Position Summary:

The Talent Acquistion Coordinator (HQ) provides proactive administrative support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments.  This position enables the Talent Acquisition function by providing candidate support from interview scheduling to coordinating travel to conducting pre-employment screenings.  The TA Coordinator also supports all new hire activity from IT set-up to onboarding schedules and assistance.  This position plays a critical role in the department's success by providing reporting and systems support from within the Human Resources Information Systems. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating of all Talent Acquisition activities including but not limited to the interview process, candidate assessments, onboarding, lunches, and team meetings.  Assist in the HR process of onboarding all new hires in headquarters including scheduling, meet-and-greets, IT set-up, etc.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in candidate management across the candidate lifecycle including assessing background checks, setting up drug screens, coordinating travel, and submitting and following up on expense reports
  • Regularly pull, update, and send reports from the Human Resources Management System; Assist in processing new hires through the system as well as information changes
  • Track and manage adhoc manual reporting for invoicing, recruitment expenses, and staffing agency contracts
  • Provide invoicing and expense report/company credit card management including reviewing, processing and researching discrepancies for all HR-related invoices
  • Act as the Talent Acquisition Specialist back-up and the HR Administrative Department back-up including helping to schedule/set-up/coordinate team events, meetings, offsites, etc.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred or equilvalent and relevant experience required
  • 2+ years experience supporting a Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition Department. Food industry experience a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Independent, self-motivated, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions within a corporate organization
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word and Outlook, including pivot table, VLookup, and Mail Merge functions
  • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRIS, Concur, I-9 and E-Verify systems a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
