Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting and executing key programs and strategies that drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and performance, along side Sr. Director Org Development. This role assesses organizational needs, and implementing core HR lifecycle processes such as people planning and performance management. The position will contribute to the development and refinement of tools, processes and structures that optimize organizational effectiveness, enhance our organizational structure, and lead and manage change.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- People Planning: Own and manage the execution and continuous improvement of organizational design and talent process. Partner with HR business partners and talent teams to analyze succession pipelines, identify capability gaps to develop and sustain future proofed organizational design and development processes. Collaborate with HR functions to support integration of people planning with performance management, career development and organizational design efforts.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance review, with the continued focus on process improvement. Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee engagement and motivation through career pathing initiatives and development plans. Support process improvements that drive retention and performance.
- Change Leadership: Assist in implementing the organization’s change management framework. Work collaboratively with L&D, PMO and other functions to build change management capabilities within the business and HR.
- Organizational Development and Design: Apply standardized tools and frameworks to organizational design projects. Support organizational assessments and restructure efforts in collaboration with HR and business leaders to help guide and drive OD solutions and application of consistent methodology.
- Culture and Employee Engagement: Support ongoing work to refresh our Employee Value Proposition and the evolution of our corporate culture to drive employee engagement, motivation, satisfaction and performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5+ years experience in HR with a Talent and/or Organizational Development focus.
- Proven track record of implementing and owning successful organizational development initiatives, including change management and performance programs.
- Experience with data analysis, employee engagement surveys, program evaluation and HRIS system ownership.
- Ability to influence, teach and guide HR partners and cross-functional partners to lead change in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrates ability to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that address both current and future talent needs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Demonstrates strong technology acumen with the ability to manage systems as an owner of the various SAP modules, with the support of HRIS team.
- Leverages system knowledge to identify root causes, implement solutions, and continuously improve user experience.
- Comfortable navigating complex platforms and acting as a go-to resource for system-related challenges.
- A creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a persuasive leadership style and a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.

- Salary Base Range of $127,062.00 - $166,769.40*
- Annual bonus (based on the incentive program terms and conditions)
