Position Summary:
This individual will support the Commercialization team's system and reporting needs. They will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our product commercialization system while leading the MicroStrategy analytical platform for the Commercialization team. Manage business analytics initiatives within the Commercialization team to improve Time to Market and help the business identify and clear bottlenecks. Define, build, and manage KPIs for different roles within the Commercialization organization. Provides business and technical team expertise to MicroStrategy power users community and consumers of data and analytics (i.e., PMO team), including training the users on new and existing features within MicroStrategy dossiers. Be the liaison between IT analytics team and business users within the Commercialization team. Simplify and streamline data & analytics creating "one source of truth". Assist with strategic initiatives such as data driven initiatives in support of acceleration of commercialization and improvement of TTM, prioritization of request to expedite and continued integration of PCS data into MicroStrategy analytics reporting and dashboards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, enhance and support MicroStrategy dossiers for the business analysis needs within the Commercialization team. Define and build KPIs and dashboards for various roles within the Commercialization team. Leverage analysis tool i.e., MicroStrategy, to improve TTM and prioritization of commercialization initiatives, and analyze strategic customer's portfolio highlighting volume, profit, and request mix.
- Provide analytics and technical expertise on MicroStrategy and data analytics. Coordinate group and 1:1 training on the analytics for the commercialization team. Simplify and streamline the use of analytics for the team, thus reducing the administrative burden of analytics on the functional users like product commercialization analysts and managers.
- Be the liaison between IT Analytics and business users for commercialization team. Ensure MicroStrategy platform is stable and reliable. Escalate and communicate issues as they arise. Validate new features and functionalities within MicroStrategy. Provide relevant analytics communication highlighting business functionalities and improvements for IT improvement initiatives related to Analytics.
- Manage and maintain the product commercialization system ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration with other systems and business process. Identify and champion system enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and usability. Develop and enforce best practices for data governance, reporting, and system usage. Provide training and support to internal teams on system utilization.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to identify gaps and inefficiencies within business processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend actionable solutions and lead the implementation of strategies that drive commercialization process improvements, enhance customer experience, and optimize business outcomes, i.e. improvements to TTM and efforts to commercialize.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of business analysis and technical experience required
- Experience enhancing and supporting MicroStrategy dossiers required
- Strong technical skills in the analytical platform (BI, MS Excel, etc.) required with the ability to help train and embed new systems and tools for commercial team's systems and analytical needs required
- Ability to travel up to 10% required
- Masters in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or similar equivalent experience is preferred
- Sales & Marketing CRM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, ERP, or commercialization platform familiarity/experience a plus
- Experience in AI/ML also a plus
- Exposure to few systems and technology (Salesforce, ERP, AS400, etc.) preferred
- Experience in food & beverage manufacturing or consumer goods is preferred
