WHAT IT IS
EXCEED is a 12-month rotational leadership program designed to develop recent college graduates into future leaders at Ventura Foods. The program provides technical and management training in a challenging and collaborative environment. You’ll gain experience that will prepare you for a leadership position at Ventura Foods upon program completion.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Recent graduates can expect to gain the skills they need to serve as leaders, influence strategy, and develop solutions that help strengthen and grow the company.
- Work on and lead critical projects
- Participate in offsite leadership learning & development sessions
- Gain exposure to executives
- Participate in ‘giving back’ initiatives
- Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Over the course of 12 months, individuals will rotate among three 4-month placements. The last four months of the program will include individualized hands-on training with the intention of final placement into a leadership role.
